Shipping Policy & Guide

Every order is 100% custom! Your coffee is batched and roasted to order. Once you place an order and payment is processed, your order enters our production queue and prepared for shipment.

Orders are processed every business day for the next day’s roasting. Here’s the breakdown:

Day 1: Order placed → enters queue.
Labels are printed, and roasters prep the next day’s batches.

Day 2: Coffee is roasted, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
Carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) pick up orders.

If missed that day, orders ship the next business day.

Free shipping in the United States.

Yes, but you must contact us immediately at support@ssnoooze.coffee with:

- Your order #
- The item you want to change
- The new item & SKU # (if applicable)

⚠ Note: Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be modified.

If payment doesn’t clear, your order won’t be processed. You’ll need to pay the invoice before it moves forward.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best option for each order.

Order → Ship Time: 2-5 business days (processing + roasting)

Ship → Delivery: 1-5 business days

In general it takes longer during public holidays.


No coffee is roasted before the order is received. So we make sure your coffee arrives at peak freshness!

No—expedited shipping creates false expectations. Since each order is custom-roasted, the total delivery time depends on processing + shipping.
