At every step of our process, we prioritize a hands-on, customized approach to ensure your coffee is perfect. On the rare occasion that an error occurs—such as an incorrect grind (e.g., whole beans instead of drip) —we’re here to make it right.
If you encounter any issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the concern. We’ll promptly send a replacement at no cost to you, including expedited shipping, so you can enjoy your coffee without delay.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate the opportunity to correct any mistakes.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
While we strive for a seamless delivery experience, occasional shipping issue - such as package theft, damage, or undelivered tracking notifications—may arise due to carrier delays or errors.
If you encounter any of these problems, we recommend first contacting your local post office or carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
If they’re unable to assist, please reach out to us—we’ll help file a claim with the carrier or, depending on the situation, arrange for a replacement.
Order Changes & Corrections
If you’ve noticed an error in your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.
